Ramona Earth Day Festival

About the Ramona Earth Day Festival

A key goal of the Sustainable Ramona mission is educating all of us about sustainability practices to “sustain” the beautiful and fruitful Ramona area — and maybe even beyond. We created the Earth Day Festival as an important event to share information. We discovered it is also a great place to make connections to expand and advance our efforts. And an opportunity to have fun with our families as we all learn.

We’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the help we’ve received along the way. First, thanks to St. Mary’s in-the-Valley Episcopal Church and the use of their Community Garden where we held our first two Festivals. When we outgrew the Garden, we were welcomed to Begent Ranch, a perfect setting for appreciating the Ramona country side. Thank you to the Begent family.

And thanks to all of you who have supported us throughout the years so that we could continue to grow our education activities to aid sustainability.

A Community-Powered Event

The Ramona Earth Day Festival is organized by Sustainable Ramona, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering sustainability, resilience, and community connection in Ramona and the surrounding area.

The festival is made possible through the support of volunteers, partners, and local supporters.

Thank You

We are so thankful to our many generous sponsors who make such a difference for us and ensure we are able to host a quality event for our community and carry out our programs throughout the year!
