Vendor Application
Vendor Fee : $50
Payment is accepted by check only.
Please note: After your application is received, Sustainable Ramona will mail you an invoice along with a pre-addressed, stamped envelope. Please return your check using the envelope provided.
Booth set-up: Vendors are requested to have booth set up completed by 10:30 AM, prior to the 11 am start of the Festival. Vendors are responsible for booth set up, transport of materials etc.
Booth Location: You will be provided with booth assignments and instructions closer to Festival day.
Security: There will be security personnel on the grounds; however, valuables should be monitored or locked up. The Earth Day Committee WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS FROM THE BOOTHS.
Parking: Is FREE and at your own risk.
